A decorative fabric with a certain pattern and color pattern is punctured on the embroidery material by a needle and lead wire. In the primitive society, people beautified their lives by tattooing, tattooing and weaving. Later, people used thread to prick patterns on clothes, which became embroidery. Embroidery developed in Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties. In 1974, a remnant of braided needlework was found in the tomb of Zhongbo of the Western Zhou Dynasty in rujiazhuang, Baoji, Shaanxi Province (Fig. 1). It was made by using yellow silk thread to embroider the outline of the pattern on the dyed silk, and then using a brush to dip in the color to paint large pieces of color on the pattern. The colors are red, yellow, brown and brown, Among them, red and yellow are natural cinnabar (mercuric sulfide) and stone yellow (arsenic disulfide and arsenic sulfide) dyed with adhesive, with bright hue. The base silk is dyed with vegetable dyes. In 1958, a piece of embroidery was mounted on each side of the inner wall of the tomb, which was found at No. 33 Tomb of Chu in Changsha Martyrs Park, Hunan Province. Those mounted on the two southeast walls were found fashionable and complete. The dragon and Phoenix vine patterns on the east wall, the dragon and phoenix head were realistic, and the body was connected with the vine to form a bow pattern; the embroidered grass branches, variant cranes and deer on the south wall. This kind of pattern is similar to the pattern of light yellow silk quilt embroidered with Phoenix and dragon patterns unearthed from No.1 Warring States Chu Tomb of Mashan brick factory in Jiangling, Hubei Province in 1982. There are also some representative cultural relics unearthed from No.1 Warring States Chu Tomb of Mashan brick factory in Jiangling, such as flying phoenix pattern embroidery, Dragon Phoenix tiger pattern embroidery, Zen clothes, Phoenix flower pattern embroidery, flat dragon flying phoenix pattern embroidery, light yellow silk surface quilt, and flat pattern embroidery of Dragon Phoenix combination. All of them are fully embroidered with braid embroidery method without painting. This marks the maturity of the embroidery process (Fig. 2). Ancient tomb No. 5 of bazerek in South Siberia of the Soviet Union also unearthed the embroidered saddle mattress surface of Chinese silk. The pattern style and needlework are similar to the Warring States embroidery unearthed in Changsha and Jiangling, indicating that Chinese embroidery in the Warring States period has been spread abroad.
Curtain plays a role of "separation" in architecture. There is transparency in the separation, emptiness in the reality, and movement in the stillness. Therefore, none of the beauties behind the curtain, the moon at the bottom of the curtain, the beautiful women covered by the curtain, the west wind rolled by the curtain, the double swallows separated from the curtain, the curtain lifted, and so on, is not worth thinking about.
It is said that there is a scene in the TV series "young Yang family generals", in which Yang Jiye, she Taijun and Qi Lang are talking in the room. Behind them there is a unique curtain reflecting broken light spots, which is really good-looking.
The ancient embroidered curtain is also very beautiful. Although it is made of cloth, it is very light. There is exquisite embroidery on the curtain. If there is no wind blowing, it is still all the time. It looks like a picture from a distance, so it is also called "painted curtain". Curtain painting is a favorite of ancient women, which has many stories: wake up in the morning lying idle in bed, across the curtain to listen to the birds singing outside the window, there will be a trace of melancholy; spring afternoon nap, the empty courtyard is quiet, the curtain painting in the boudoir will all hang down; late at night stars, there is a song from a distance, similar to today's window to hear the singing from the street, women will be happy Roll the curtain in half and have a look outside.
This collection is a combination of embroidery and curtain, which is comparable to jade or porcelain in terms of craft and implication, and is also an extremely difficult combination to see in modern times. Its collection value has also attracted the attention and interest of some modern antique lovers.
