The silver dollar of "standing man" has exquisite patterns and profound connotations. The front is a warrior, standing on the shore, proud of the world. He holds a meter shield in his left hand and a trident in his right hand, which means that he can attack and defend and is invincible. One-dollar is listed on the left and right sides of the bead circle, and the year number is recorded below. In the center of the back is the Chinese seal character "Shou", with the Chinese character "Yiyuan" at the top and bottom, and the Malay character "Yiyuan" at the left and right.

"Zhanren" silver dollar was one of the foreign currencies cast by England and widely circulated in China in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. After entering China, zhanren silver yuan began to circulate in Guangdong and Guangxi. Because of its exquisite production and high silver content, it was deeply loved by businessmen and people. When the British government saw that the silver dollar of "zhanren" was profitable in China, it cast and imported a large number of silver dollars. Before long, zhanren silver yuan was used in most parts of China, especially in Beijing and Tianjin. At that time, "zhanren" silver yuan accounted for a large proportion of the foreign currency in circulation in China, which made Chinese silver continuously flow into Britain and seriously damaged the economic and trade interests. As a historical carrier, "Zhan Ren" Yin yuan recorded the humiliating history of Chinese people's political oppression and economic exploitation after the Opium War. Studying the foreign currency circulating in China is of great significance for us to understand the crimes of foreign powers plundering China's wealth by using silver dollar trade, enhance the spirit of patriotism, and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

In 1866, in order to expel Yingyang, Britain issued a set of Hong Kong silver coins at the Hong Kong mint. The front of the one dollar is the statue of Queen Victoria, with the English word "Victoria Queen" on the top and bottom. On the back, there is a longevity pattern in the middle, with the English word "one dollar Hong Kong" on the side, and the following is the year. As the quality of Hong Kong silver dollar is lower than that of Yingyang, it needs to be used at a discount and is difficult to be widely promoted. In 1868, the Hong Kong Mint closed down and the equipment was resold to Japan. Hong Kong silver coin is only $2 million. The coin is commonly known as "Xiangyang".

In the first year of the Republic of China, in 1912, the British made trade silver coins, commonly known as "zhanren, Zhanyang", which belongs to American products. In 1895, the British government used the mints in Bombay and Calcutta of India to make new trade silver coins, commonly known as "zhanren". In the center of the front of the silver coin is a warrior holding halberd and shield. At the top of the coin, there is the English currency "one dollar" around the warrior, with the year under it. At the center of the back, there is the Shou character pattern, with the Chinese character "one Yuan" above and below, and the Malay character "one yuan" on the left and right.
